Exchanges
We accept exchanges for sizing or alternative items within 14 days of your order arriving.
All exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in original condition with all tags/packaging.
Refunds (Damaged Items Only)
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive faulty or damaged.
To request a refund, you must:

Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage

Do not remove tags or wash/wear the item before submitting evidence
If the claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Evidence Requirement
Claims without sufficient proof of damage will not be accepted. We reserve the right to decline refund or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
