Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Please allow 1–3 business days (if not stated on our instagram page) for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or product launches.

Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Delivery estimates are provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

For orders outside our operating country, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. These charges are not covered by Exel and are the responsibility of the customer.

Missed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Exel is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout

  • Missed delivery attempts by the courier

  • Refusal to pay customs/import fees

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

Once dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier. Exel is not liable for parcels lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with clear evidence so we can assist.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately — cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on order status.
